Dan Wilhelms, President & CEO

Dan Wilhelms is the president and founder of SymSoft Corporation, which makes a second-generation suite of modular, integrated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools that address major areas of SOX compliance concern at every level for SAP users.

Among the first Basis consultants hired by SAP America in 1994, he later founded Symmetry Corporation, which has grown to be one of the largest dedicated SAP Security and Technical Administration consulting organizations in the U.S. Wilhelms is a recognized industry leader in the strategic management of technical architecture for SAP as well as a sought after speaker at ASUG events and other industry conferences.

Throughout his 25-year career, Wilhelms has earned a reputation as one of Milwaukee’s finest entrepreneurs, and holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Wisconsin.

Scott Goolik, Chief Technology Officer

Scott Goolik, chief technology officer of SymSoft Corporation, is responsible for architecting the ControlPanelGRC solution.

As a recognized expert in the field of SAP security and controls, Goolik has over 12 years of experience in SAP Security. His experience includes working for one of the Big Four accounting firms and developing auditing tools, including those for Segregation of Duties (SOD). He also has developed software products to provide auditability and acceleration of security and control processes.

Goolik holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University with concentrations in accounting as well as information systems and technology.

Kevin Dunne, Vice President of Sales

Kevin Dunne, vice president of sales for SymSoft Corporation, is responsible for implementing strategies for both direct and reseller channel sales on a worldwide basis.

With a focus on solving strategic business problems, delivering customer value, and developing long-term relationships, Dunne has more than 25 years experience successfully selling hardware and software solutions for companies like Sun Microsystems, Oracle Corporation and SAP America.

Dunne holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Kari Janavitz, Vice President of Marketing

Kari Janavitz, Vice President of Marketing, oversees the company’s brand vision and all aspects of marketing including campaign strategy, communications, events, and other marketing-related activities.
 
As marketing executive with over 15 years of technology marketing experience at RedPrairie, Sapient, and Accenture, Janavitz has launched various products and services, led re-branding efforts, activated voice of the customer programs, and run communications programs. 
 
Kari holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech from Northwestern University.

Jeff Constable, Vice President of Business Development

Jeff Constable, Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for sales operations and business development activities related to ControlPanelGRC.
 
Jeff has over 13 years of business development experience in the software industry, including running a multi-disciplinary demand generation and sales operations team responsible for a product portfolio of over 20 software solutions.   
 
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.
