Exception Based Reporting

Process Analyzer takes a multi-level approach to ensuring business rules are followed. It replaces the costly, time-consuming and ineffective manual inspection of selected data with Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM). With CCM the system automatically compares all transactions in a given business processes to the organization's business rules. This delivers a more complete picture of what is actually happening in the business than typical data sampling reports.

Proactive, Real-time Notification of Issues

Should an issue occur the system immediately notifies authorized personnel so exceptions and/or controls breakdowns can be addressed immediately rather than being discovered later in a monthly, quarterly or yearly audit. This proactive reporting helps minimize risk to the enterprise while reducing waste.

Improved Insight into Business Processes

Enterprises spend many years and millions of dollars developing and documenting business rules and best practices. Yet many are unable to verify conclusively that those rules are actually followed by everyone in the organization. With business controls monitoring from Process Analyzer, C-level managers and line of business managers gain real visibility into the organization that helps to:
  • Mitigate risk through financial reporting errors or deliberate attempts to circumvent established business rules.
  • Identify areas of misuse and waste for financial improvement.
  • Establish more effective controls that automatically monitor business processes and SOD (Segregation of Duties).

    Fast Time to Benefit

Unlike other CCM solutions that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and require long implementation times, this next-generation financial performance tool is significantly less expensive, and can be monitoring your business processes in just a few weeks.

    Reduced Audit Preparation Costs

By providing a continuous audit with exception-based reporting, Process Analyzer eliminates much of the time and labor costs associated with preparing for an audit by establishing forensic evidence of every exception as it occurs.
