SYMSOFT RELEASES CONTROLPANELGRC™ BATCH MANAGER

MILWAUKEE – February 2, 2010 – SymSoft Corporation, a provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for SAP® environments, today announced the release of ControlPanelGRC Batch Manager. The new module, which is part of SymSoft’s ControlPanelGRC second-generation suite of GRC applications, creates a centralized infrastructure that simplifies complex batch job scheduling.

In addition, it automatically creates documentation that shows if batch jobs ran, whether they were successful or not, and what was done to correct any issues.

Batch job management is a time-consuming but necessary task since many batch jobs are so resource-intensive they have to be scheduled during off-hours. Scheduling is normally performed manually across clients since SAP does not include any native means to centralize this process.

ControlPanelGRC Batch Manager solves that issue by allowing batch jobs to be set up as job chains around a business process and then applied to all clients from a central control panel rather than having to be created individually for each client.
